Every meeting hosted at Catalyst Ranch partners you with a dedicated Client Services Manager. What can they help you with?

Room Selection

Ensure that you are in the right-sized room to suit your needs.

Meeting Details

Select a room set-up (we’ll brainstorm other options if the current choices won’t work for your meeting), identify the A/V equipment requirements, help you pick the tastiest menu for your group, coordinate delivery of meeting materials.

Facilitator Recommendations

If you need someone outside your team to lead your meeting more effectively (and independently), we’ve certainly met some interesting and super talented folks we’re happy to connect you with.

Additional Activities

For multiple day or out-of-town meetings, we can also provide suggestions for additional activities, group dinners and entertainment in the booming West Loop neighborhood where we’re located.

		Ranch Hands for Hire

We also provide our Ranch Hands for hire if you need someone to run some errands for you in advance of your meeting or to provide dedicated assistance throughout your meeting or focus group. Just let us know in advance so that arrangements can be made.
